Enable dsi #273

This series of patches enables dsi on beaglebone ai64. Rpi panel related patches are picked from RPi linux tree. some of these are merged in upstream for which upstream commit has been added, for rest of them github commit link is added

HACKs

For cdns dsi driver PM runtime calls are disabled For cdns dphy driver, some of the TI wrapper register setting are hardcoded need to fix this cleanly RPi panel timings are updated as per VESA standards
