Header pin concerns #2

Reply here with any header pin concerns to consolidate them.

P8_21/P8_33 have only PRU UART, not ARM UART, so a driver and firmware would need to be written.
P8_24 does not have UART2 for GPS_RXD.

I am SO confused by the pin selection. It seems that the previous Robotics Cape pinout was completely missed and nothing could ever be compatible with BeagleBone Black.
