This would also be useful for general health checking.

A few improvements that still need to be made:

[x] Create a dashboard that users can import into Grafana
[x] Document the entire prometheus and grafana setup
[x] Add config for putting arbitrary reverse proxies in dathttpd, thereby enabling grafana and prometheus to have their own https domains
[x] Log dat metrics as their site domains, not their archive keys

Ok I think we're good to go
