Remove dat and the webapi, add hyperdrive support (v3) #54

This major breaking update moves from Dat to Hyper.

I tried to maintain the Dat support, but Hyper and Dat can't co-habitate in a node project due to some version conflicts. People who need dat support will need to use v2.

EDIT: Unfortunately Greenlock changed AGAIN with a bunch of massive rewrites required, so I had to drop lets-encrypt support as well for now.
