Add test library for https://github.com/teemtee/tmt/issues/2149 It's just duplicated file directory/library

I'm thinking a bit... this repo was initially intended as a minimal skeleton for inspiration for users when starting with a new library. We're adding more and more stuff here which might be confusing. Would it possibly make sense to place the suggested content to the teemtee/tests repo where the extra test coverage is stored? I'd say it would match quite well. What do you think @KwisatzHaderach?
