Developer facing docs,

  1. include how the GHA work, in general.

  2. how do you release a Nuget package (CLI + SAMS)

  3. how do you release a Nuget package nightly, based on your local source?

  4. how do you release a Unity SDK

  5. how do you release a Unity SDK package nightly, based on your local source?

  6. how do you release a local Unity SDK pointed at your local CLI source (for dev testing, really)
