[Issue/3475] Fix USAM deploy issues #3489

Brief Description

This fixes incompatibility between the deploy UI updates and information coming from the CLI 2.0. It also changes the way that beam services ps works, by always returning all information, both from remote and local, instead of accepting a --remote flag.

very minor change requested.

Have you talked with Pedro about the change to beam services ps --remote ? I think this would qualify as something that UE would need to adjust to handle, but tbh, I'm not 100% sure; so a convo w/Pedro would be ideal.

I've sent him this PR and explained the change. I'll hold merging this until he is able to look and give his feedback!
