[Issue/3486] Assembly definitions references working for Microservices

Brief Description

This PR makes the following changes:

• Adds an internal command to the CLI to update assembly definition references in microservice's projects
• Update the assembly definitions and microservices in Unity to the new way we get information from CLI
• Create a Project Settings section for updating microservices assembly definitions references
• Fixes an issue that was making the CLI break when creating services by removing the necessity to pass a version to the CLI
• beam services ps now shows services references to assembly definitions as well
