CLI/USAM - weird errors with C#MS #3649

I was testing the deployment of microservices and I did run it several times, and there was some errors that happened that are very rare and basically happened only once to me. I made this ticket to list those out so we can take a look at them some time in the future, trying to prevent these from happening at all.

It seems like these issues only happen during publish, or maybe even just dockerized startups. So in that sense, we should start trying to set up reproduction cases with beam services run or beam services deploy
