[BUG] Unintended Behaviour When Running /whois On A Bot #608

Bug Description

When running /whois on the bot itself, the behaviour should show the whois information for the bot, not the user that ran it.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

Start a DM with cafeBot.
Run /whois @cafeBot.

Expected Behaviour

It should show the account information for cafeBot itself.
