Adds a new beancount-electric-align variable (nil by default, to mirror beancount-electric-currency's default value). When enabled, transaction amounts will be aligned to beancount-number-alignment-column when inserting a newline.
I also renamed beancount--electric-currency to beancount--electric to reflect its new, more general purpose.
