Support +amount #254

Inspired by https://github.com/ledger/ledger/issues/1990

2015/10/12 Exxon
    Expenses:Auto:Gas        $+10.00
    Liabilities:MasterCard   $-10.00

$+10.00 is not allowed by ledger at the moment. However, it's allowed by hledger.
