Feature request: Allow to set the default language of the note content.

I wanna to take a markdown note which is linked to a piece of code. But every time, I create a note, it will be in the source code language, so I should the language of the note every time I create a note.

So, I wanna a switch that allow to whether specify the language of the default note language or just keep same language with the source code.
