As with https://github.com/microsoft/codetour, I often want to trace an entire flow through the code for a particular process. This means that my notes within a folder need to be manually sorted (and I can reorder with drag-and-drop).
Bonus: In this case, it would be nice for notes to be listed with numbers: 1, 2, 3, …
That way I can have a folder that "tells a story" for a particular use case and I can navigate through all the important parts of the code in sequence by just double-clicking each step of the folder.
