Update to include CFL #27

I updated the teamcolours.rda file to include the Canadian Football league as it currently stands in Febuary 2021 (pending a name change by the Edmonton Football Club).

@MartinLe5 can you please include a script or CSV file with these data? Otherwise it's impossible to rebuild the package from scratch.

I'm not a regular github-er (I mostly use this to archive code than collaborate) , but I think I did what you needed. I pulled the CFL data into a CFL only CSV file.

While I was at it, I updated the Edmonton football team's name.
