Maybe this is a 4th big idea, surrounding using non-performance data. We could also weave biometric stuff in here. Maybe it's a section on "emerging methodologies"?
I'm not sure that we need this anymore.
If so, does @gjm112 have a sketch of what we'd like to say?
If not, then I think we are ready to submit the revision, pending close of #34.
I've added some sports betting and gambling citations and I just need to find time to turn it into paragraphs. But there are a bunch of citations pushed to the github repo.

I set up a framing for two subsections of our new Section 5. Can @gjm112 and @qntkhvn take the references that are there, prose-ify them, and shape them into this framework? I can take the next pass at editing this section.

I had big plans for these 3 days before Thanksgiving. But of course all 3 kids are some level of sick. It just never ends.
