Grape or Rack integration #47

I would like to try this out with a mostly Grape-based application I'm working on, but maybe a more generic Rack integration would be suitable to support any kind of Rack application mounted in Rails routes.

Hi Chris, sounds good - we can add a Rack middleware spy to https://github.com/bear-metal/tunemygc/tree/master/lib/tunemygc/spies . Will circle back shortly.
