Fiddly one. I think the order of things should go:
1) build the deps in this PR:

[ ] time eb tantan-50-GCC-12.3.0.eb -Tr (separate eb due to checksum issues in upstream PR)
[ ] time eb SignalP-6.0h-foss-2023a-fast.eb -Tr
[ ] time eb tbl2asn-20230713-GCCcore-12.3.0.eb -Tr (separate eb due to RPath modification needed)
[ ] time eb RSEM-1.3.3-foss-2023a.eb -Tr (separate eb due to R ver diff between BEAR and upstream)
2) build the rest of the PR from upstream EXCEPT the final, funannotate easyconfig
[ ] time eb --from-pr 21705 -Tr
3) Cancel the build (or if there's a more elegant way, do that) and then build funannotate from the easyconfig here:
[ ] time eb funannotate-1.8.17-foss-2023a.eb -Tr
The issue here is that there are a lot of linked easyconfigs to pull in from the PR - but we don't want the GENEMARK path addition to funannotate - it's not helpful in running the funannotate tests.
