Fixed code formatting for pycodestyle 2.2.0 #204

CI tests will currently fail due to some changes in pycodestyle 2.2.0. The issues were not serious so although some of the code (unit tests) will soon be obsolete I just fixed the code to avoid problems for other contributors.
