reconcile #31

Please reconcile data against a bill as numbers don't line up 100%

Looking at Feb 2020.

(Bill values in brackets) 2020-02-06 - 4.67 (4.25) using 49.765 kWh (49.75) 2020-02-04 - 3.34 (2.98) using 45.058 kWh (45.04)

kWh values appear to be rounded to 2dp on the bill, explaining the small differences.

Bill states standing charge of £0.20 per day. Inc VAT this is £0.21 Bill values are not inclusive of 5% VAT.

2020-02-06 - £4.25 on the bill. £4.46 including VAT, £4.67 including standing charge. 2020-02-04 - £2.98 on the bill. £3.13 including VAT, £3.34 including standing charge.

This looks valid, the display on my page shows the total payable cost whereas the bill has this broken into it's constituent parts.
