Pelease update chokidar version, it use some deprecated api in node v6.0. #225

I set BEARCAT_HOT to 'on', then node will warning that some api will deprecated. I think chokidar dependencies is outdated, can see here https://github.com/paulmillr/chokidar/issues/474.
