Revisit cxx flags #98

Most of flags are only available for MSC, should it be like this ? What happens if you use MSC flag under GCC toolchain ?

Fix documentation afterwards.

MSC flags should mean nothing for GCC and vice versa, imho. As it can be ugly to have a lot of filters to include per-platform options.
