Injector tmux script again #124 #140

124 is closed but doesn't actually work to start the injector on boot, because the SQL database is not ready yet when the script runs.

I added a delayed version for crontab to run. I also renamed injector-in-tmux.sh to start-injector-in-tmux.sh because it's hard to autocomplete the former name in that directory.

Also removing the ssh_keys directory in the repo which is long obsolete.
