Pretrained model license #61

Are the pretrained models GPL as well? I'd like to use them for pre-training.

I added the license to the same folder. Please cite the original ECCV 16 paper (stacked hourglass networks) and this GitHub repo if you use the code or the pretrained model. Thanks.
