Quite simple, I followed the doc but I have only this message. Did I miss anything ? Regards,

I found that the line auto_prepend_file=/var/www/tools/phptop/phptop_hook in my php.ini that I have add as the doc mentionned to do it got me into php error 500. Need to investigate or maybe you know why ?

I need the error message in order to debug it. If you use phptop in module/fcgi, search for your Apache's error.log. If you're using FPM, search for the pool's error log.
