(Unknown Source) error using beastgen with SG-thorney.template #1126

Dear all, I was trying to replicate the throne_beast tutorial for then perfom an analysis with local samples, however when I am trying to use SG-thorney.template with beastgen v.1.0.1 I am getting the followings errors

Could someone give me a hint on what I am missing?

I really appreciate any help.

Hello, It looks like the beastgen you are using is looking for an alignment and may be incompatible with the tutorial. Can you reproduce the error with the beastgen version from the tutorial link? https://github.com/beast-dev/beast-mcmc/releases/tag/v1.10.5pre_thorney_v0.1.1
