Remove messages about rescaling? Can be confused with error. #909

Perhaps count and report for info at the end.

Is the "location" of the message of relevance for debugging reasons? If yes, maybe keep a "backwards compatible" version that throws the warnings as they happen. I like the idea of just gathering the occurrences and reporting them in the end.

If we are debugging then we can just put a checkpoint in.

Revisit this. I am not sure it is a big issue and it is useful to see if this is happening. Perhaps we need a sort of 'debug' mode where warning messages are shown.
