Problem sampling from the prior with dev -- patterns block not being written out #977

To replicate just load in the denv4 17 taxa data set into beauti and (keeping all defaults) click on "Sample from the prior only".

When you run, should get a message along the lines:

Creating site rate model.
Feb 15, 2018 3:01:28 PM dr.app.beast.BeastMain <init>
SEVERE: Parsing error - poorly formed BEAST file, prior_sample_test.xml:
Object with idref=patterns has not been previously declared.
