IntervalsPanel toolbar's "show" drop down list is confusing for integer traces #137

When selecting multiple integer traces, IntervalsPanel toolbar still has the "show" drop down list to choose box plot, which is confusing.

@rambaut I used components indices to control the show label and drop down list according to trace type, the code is starting from line 137 IntervalsPanel.setupTraces().
