Optional Last Updated Field for Posts #149

It would be nice to have a field for "Last updated" that will appropriately signify when the last update of a post/article has taken place.

This task would be completed when:

Last Update at can optionally be provided
This information is displayed on the post page appropriately - and works with and without a provided last updated time
