If no installation/registration/purchase link available on JED, display a "Download" button #14

It would be helpful to the user to fall-back with a "Download" button based on the public download link from JED when an extension is not providing ZIP or XML link, or has not been updated to Apps*.

So instead of not displaying an install button, we could display a "Download" button linking to the download page registered on the JED.

I think that's a nice and helpful improvement for the user.
