Add "Popular" sorting to categories sorting drop-down and make it default #8

Right now, "Sort by reviews" doesn't make lots of sense, as a 1-review-5-stars extension gets before a 100-reviews-4.9-starts extension.

And on JED each category shows popular within category as default view.

So it makes sense to keep consistent there and show same default sorting in each category as we have in dashboard.
