Pretty much what it says in the title. This is especially annoying because if Reapy is peering over an edge (e.g.: a door opening into a ladder well), the first duplicant that comes through that door will knock Reapy over the edge.
EDIT: Watch it carefully. This seems to be an intermittent glitch - meaning it tends to happen that very moment you look away from the screen!
EDIT 2: Not even putting a pneumatic door in the ladder well helps. As you can see from the image I've included, the little guy somehow gets stuck there, and for some reason cannot go back through the door he came out of!!
