No Hide music scrolling text option in SkinSettings.xml #1003

Hello, I looked for the option HideMusicScrollingText for hours before noticing that it was simply absent from the settings page (SkinSettings.xml). The only way to find it is through Custom_MusicSettings.xml (the settings popup on the music visualisation).

Because I prefer not to mess up your code, could you fix this?
