I've tried to add the following keymap in global but it doesn't work in a fresh install of kodi with this skin.
<f>filter</f>
But it works in addons.
I've seen I am able to open that window (I believe it is the same filter window) from the left pane, filter, select.
The log does show action filter but nothing happens.
