Watched state missing for certain online video sources #1052

Since a few weeks, the "watched state" icon is missing again for certain video sources. The problem had been solved in pre-2.0.5 releases and has now reappeared, see e.g. https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=337862&pid=3154237#pid3154237
