Replace opencv with opencv-headless #61

It seems like on Ubuntu opencv causes issues with Qt and a potential solution might be to use python-opencv-headless. https://github.com/NVlabs/instant-ngp/discussions/300#discussioncomment-3179213

Addressed in commit https://github.com/beatreichenbach/realflare/commit/73eda420f8352c51b86975c4295364b29f2995dc I will push it in the next release and close this ticket for now.
