Is the CMS-oil expected to be made open source ? As used in the here : https://www.researchgate.net/publication/236911155_Dynamic_coupling_of_near_field_and_far_field_models_for_simulating_effluent_discharges

Thank for the note and the very nice reprint. The oil CMS will not be open-source for now.
