For each tool, there is now a button "Ask a new question" in Galaxy. This leads to https://help.galaxyproject.org/latest which is a generic help forum. This forum kind of hard to monitor for requests relevant to us, specifically.
Can the "Ask a new question" button be customized with different target URLs for different tools? The motivation would be to point it to the respective GitHub repos for specific tools.
Are there (other) standard ways in Galaxy to get user feedback?
