Ent is 80% done, with new preprocessing pipeline and new data structure compared to Dipterix. There are so many changes. I'm listing the most significant changes.
Preprocessing
Ent is using wavelet->reference scheme which enables reactive referencing and saves time.
Wavelet now supports multiple wave-cycles
Reference
Ent now supports more flexible reference methods such as bipolar and white matter reference.
Reference is moved from preprocessing module to main application in favor of multiple referencing schemes (increase flexibility)
Modules
Re-write compoundInput and added customizedUI, providing advanced solution to module writers
Added CSS and JS support for expanding outputs.
Provide functions to wrap up modules as R packages as an easier way to distribute modules (installing packages from github is super easy for R)
Clearer render pipeline.
Reticulate package is added to support python
Optimization
Wavelet is optimized (parallel, speed and manual garbage collection)
RAVE utils package rutabaga is under developing, providing faster solutions via Rcpp and RcppParallel

RAVE 3D graphic support (using WebGL and THREEJS) is under developing
