feature request: connectivity explorer #43

Hi. RAVE is really an incredible tool to handle ieeg data. The power explorer really makes it easier to explore the complex ieeg dataset.

It would be great if RAVE could support explorer that focus on the connectivity (e.g., coherence, PLV) between different electrode.

Again, thanks for your effort to develop this amazing tool! Looking forward to seeing a better RAVE!

Hi @dipterix Enclosed you can find links to a general summary of connectivity indexes in EEG or sEEG.

I would suggest Coherence and phase-locking value that are particularly popular and conventional.

@dipterix To measure the directionality of information flow, I would suggest partial directed coherence (PDC): Baccalá, L. A. & Sameshima, K. Partial directed coherence: a new concept in neural structure determination. Biol. Cybern. 84, 463–474 (2001).

Thanks @XiaoyuZeng , we have plans to make phase modules. Right now there is a structural change within RAVE framework to support more signal types. Once that is finished, phase module will be on the schedule.
