Options for real-time data and text labels for CPU and Memory #3

Large change to CPU viewing, now compares previously recorded CPU usage, which shows what CPU is working at the moment, as opposed to a look over time.
Added CSS transitions to .bar-section which is very noticeable for the CPU.
Added text labels for CPU and Memory, so you can see how much memory is being used, or what percentage of the CPU is being used for certain tasks.
Labels are zero-padded for CPU to prevent the width jumping around.

Thank you so much for this PR Christopher! As you can see at https://github.com/beaufortfrancois/cog-chrome-app/commit/b1cab8f1310c6eefc50a649d39778456fdf8335f, I've committed some changes based on your work.

I'm not a big fan of checkboxes and labels for this app ;( But the CPU Fix was definitely needed and the nice transition is much smoother now thanks to you.

No problems, it was fun for me to play with what was possible, I'm glad something of my experiments were useful
