Strava: Default private activities to private posts #33

With the default scope being requested in https://github.com/beaulebens/keyring/commit/4a0f839c72c866502c9a0a121c32e2eaaf8abc8f now, private activities are also imported. When they are created as posts, those posts should default to private to match other importers.
