Instapaper importer does not import entire archive #34

Haven't had a chance to debug yet, but running the Instapaper importer only brought in my 60 oldest saved web pages. Perhaps it's a matter of not having an Instapaper Premium account.

Reading comprehension problem.

This importer only imports Instapaper content from the "Archive". Archiving a saved webpage in Instapaper and re-running the importer brought the newly archived content into WordPress =)
