Verbose logging can create very large unmailable log files #12

WIth verbose logging, the backup log creates one line per file, which can make a very large file. If the file is larger than what postfix is configured to send, the notification mail will fail.

Options

  1. disable verbose logging
  2. compress the log file before sending
  3. check the log file and make a note if it is too large in the text
