not working with two accounts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. log in with two separate accounts
2. install toolbox in each separate account
3. toolbox works in one, is blank with only checkboxes in the other

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected an instance of toolbox in each session 

saw only one "good" toolbox

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
toolbox 1.0.32
system win7

Please provide any additional information below.

i'll attach a print screen that shows the working and nonworking

(also, p.s. -- you spelled "wallpaper" incorrectly on the last option)

I also experience this same issue. Only the instance with the options visible 
actually works. The instance with the blank options responds as if the options 
are not set, even though the correct options are checked.

Occasionally, particularly recently, even the first instance does not work 
correctly. Shutting down Chrome, making sure all instances are closed in the 
Task Manager and restarting the instances in a different order seems to resolve 
the issue.
