Easy installer #13

Allows the install script to be curled directly from GitHub for easy install.

e.g:

curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/beautifulcode/ssh-copy-id-for-OSX/master/install.sh | sh

I just realised that the automatic merge was failing (possible due to some changes in the README.txt after I created this PR).

I've rebased the branch for this PR from master, so the automatic merge is working again - feel free to pull it in.
