Bootstrap

I'm gonna work on this when I try to merge in bjc-r stuffs... but we should make use of bootstrap styling:

• [x] Quiz Buttons (add proper classes and color)
• [x] Quiz Questions should be panels in bootstrap style
• [x] Warnings and quotes could be updated to match style
• [ ] Capture a resize event for adjusting padding based on nav bar height

Use the responsive options:

• [ ] nav title
• [ ] other title
• [x] feedback survey
• [ ] Youtube Code.org Videos
