Update Page Content via (XHR) Request

Instead of simply "refreshing" the whole page when we go to a new link we should make an XHR for the page then replace page content.

XHR
Update URL bar
Update the browser history stack
Update page <head> content
Replace <body> content
- Figure out: 1 step or 2 steps (Rebuild entire header?)
