Google Analytics: Use current domain not config domain #75

The domain for a Google analytics script should be the currently running domain, not just what is in the config file.

Additionally, there's no need for the GAUse flag. If a GA tracker ID is present, it should be used, otherwise, Analytics shouldn't be loaded.
